We are the RLA Advisory Board, and we wanted to reach out and thank every one of you for your participation in the recent RLA Conference and Expo. Each of you played such a special role in ensuring the success of the event, and the RLA could not have done it without you.

From our industry speakers who set the bar when it comes to content, to our strategic sponsors who added such substance to the discussions, to our exhibitors that lit up the hall with such innovative and relevant solutions, to our attendees who were engaged in every session and brought their own best practices to the discussion, the RLA team was surrounded by the very best of the industry.

Each member of the Board remains committed to ensuring that the RLA continue to serve as the reverse industry flagship gathering place for innovative and timely discussions. Vegas was just the beginning and we are excited for upcoming RLA events in Amsterdam in June, and regional meetings that will take place throughout North America, and will stay focused on content and industry topics. A survey has been sent to each of you for additional comments and feedback to make improvements for future RLA events.

If ever there was a time for Reverse Logistics professionals to be involved in the RLA - now is the time. The RLA events will continue to serve as the premier gathering place for the reverse industry’s most senior professionals and practitioners. We however cannot do it without your continued support. RL Magazine will accept stories and articles for the regular publication, and you can subscribe at no cost. RLA Committees are being revised and will be asking for members to join. And watch for major changes to the RLA.org website, and listing of future events. We encourage each of you to reach out to the RLA team to find ways you can get more involved.

A huge thank you once again to each of you. We will continue to represent your voices and the industry.

Very best,
Lisa Cotter, Best Buy
Jeff Elliott, FedEx Supply Chain
Chuck Johnston, Home Depot
Troy Kubat, Walmart
Tom Maher, Dell
