Thereís nothing I love more than a case study from one of our RLA Members that theyíre willing to share with our readers in our Reverse Logistics Magazine, and thatís what we have for our cover story this month. RLA is a forum for our Members and readers to learn from one another to better their own reverse logistics practices, and this cover story is a great example of how Vivitech was approached with a reverse logistics issue, and were able to solve it in partnership with their OEM. Thank you Vivitech, we hope to hear more encouraging and successful reverse logistics stories.

And of course, in addition to our cover story, we have other relevant stories for you. Many of you are aware of the latest ruling on the Impression Products, Inc. v. Lexmark International, Inc. case, and if youíre not aware, you should be. Check out this article written by Kyle Wiens of iFixit as he gives you the down low and how it affects the Reverse Logistics industry.

Donít forget to check out our Industry Events page and other announcements on conferences, seminars, and online meetings for other opportunities to network and educate you and your company on all things Reverse Logistics. And our new RLA Memberís Corner feature on page 16.
